P3 Chinese in Singapore: what's tested and how to practise
On Mattie & Me, your child plays a game and meets the P3 Chinese words most likely to come up in their exams. The words they don't know yet keep coming back, in the game and in practice papers, until they know them. "Likely" is based on the school papers we hold.
P3 Chinese uses the 欢乐伙伴 (Huanle Huoban) 2.0 textbooks, 3A and 3B (17 lessons). In the P3 school papers we hold, reading comprehension is the biggest single part, and word pairing and joining or expanding sentences become much more common than in P2.
